The scene budget is 13.651 triangles for the entire building whereas the main body of the building contains 4.788 triangles without all the props and attachments.
I´ve tried to keep the body as low res as possible while keeping an interesting silhouette and using tiling textures and modules.
The walls are fully modular allowing the artist to adjust the shape to needs of the designers.
I´ve decided to spend more polygons on the props (lamps, cables and pipes, railings) since they can be loded quite easily keeping
a high level of detail when close up and being fairly lowres when further away thus keeping the budget of the scene performance friendly.
The maximum texture resolution is 512x512. Each texture uses a diffuse, specular and normalmap. Some of them contain glossmaps or masks for detail bumpmapping.
